Managing Existing Discount Coupons

Changing discount coupon statuses

To change the status of an existing coupon:

1. Go to the 'Store Coupons' section (Inventory menu->Coupons). You should see a form titled 'Categories'. Click on Coupons in the Inventory menu, the 'Store coupons' form will appear.

2. Find the coupon whose status you need to change.
3. Select the necessary status from the STATUS drop-down box (Active - available for use by customers, Used - redeemed, Disabled - expired or blocked for some other reason).
4. Click on Update.

Deleting discount coupons

To delete used or expired coupons:

1. Go to the 'Store Coupons' section (Inventory menu->Coupons).
2. Find the coupon you wish to delete.
3. Select the check box next to it.
4. Click the Delete selected button.
